I recently got a mydmx go and it says I have to update firmware, I downloaded it for Mac and it won’t show up even though it is being powered because the GO is on just won’t show on computer,
tried a PC with drivers and still nothing in hardware manager, also tried two different usb-c cables and yet still nothing so now I can’t even run the app because it won’t update
someone please help

Hi when it tells you to update the firmware it should give you a means to do so, were you able to click on the firmware icon in hardware manager? Here is a quick guide on navigating the hardware manager for the GO:

just a tip that i my self did.
hardware manager is not the one in windows it means. you need to download it from page jingles wrote.
