Hi, I have a problem. Im currently trying to use my WMX1 with my chauvet D-Fi XLR DMX pack with a Shehds 275W 10r moving head (now discovering that ADJ has banned that brand) and nothing is actually working. I have the DMXs on the same patch setting, the moving head is set to the right DMX channel and the the fixtures is set to the right DMX also. when I added everything to group A and also Live Edits, nothing is working. The moving head is just flickering. When I tried to use the Move FX, it isn't responding but like 5mins later it will do a random move and that's it. I was hoping that someone can give me some type of insight on this issue. the fixture file is correct because I doubled checked it in ScanLibrary and uploaded the file to WTools. I also attached a User Manual for the moving head. I don't know what im doing wrong. Can someone build a profile for me so I can just upload it so I can get the scope out where I went wrong.
