Hi all, i'm new here, but i had the first 2 days of testing with mydmx go and a new ipad. As unfortunately I'm only now realizing, it seems that for some reason, the ipad no longer sees the wi-fi created by the mydmx. I don't know if it's the ipad that doesn't see it or the mydmx that stops creating it. I often see the No. 17 on the display, but there is no description on the display messages in the manual. On the manual and on the advertisement it says that it is iPad compatible, but in fact it is not - and I must say that this pisses me off a lot -. Now I have 3 shows in 2 days, and I have to fix the situation on the fly to have a reliable system. Some suggestion? Thank you a lot!

Hi so "LI" or even "L1" as some people call it means the device is connected to the app, its like its saying LIVE.
As far as dropouts go, this is a common issue with a lot of wireless products, this is why we recommend using hardware manager and a wifi analyzer app to check for the least busy wifi channel (usually channels 9-11) so you can switch the wifi channel on the GO for best network performance.
also a while back a user made this handy PDF for other users with wifi issues, check it out.
