VMS4.1 sometimes jumps to the end of the track

i think a midi tracker could be a good idea here to see if the midi notes come in a steady flow or not.

Okay, I think I can do that in Mixxx, I mean log the midi packages...

for windows there are different loggers, maybe you can try some of them... midiOX e.g.

got help from Mixxx guys, so I can log midi messages, I'm looking forward to hunt this bug / fault down soooon I hope its a sw bug, I can fix that much easier

I'm still trying to solve this, but as usually I had limited time
I can see the next midi messages from the controller, while it's in "peace" I mean nothing loaded, I don't touch it, and still I receive these:

Any idea ? I can't find 0x1F control in the Reference manual.

Just found the problem.

Debug [Controller]: "MIDI status 0x90 (ch 1, opcode 0x9), ctrl 0x58, val 0x7F"

The controller sends sometimes (without real trigger) the 7F of the touch strip... which is in Mixxx makes the track jump to the end of the song.

ok, that would be a support case then... please contact ADJ support then!
