Vizi LED Spot

Hi Jerry, did you get these new lights? If so what do you think of them. I'm looking at building a new rig for business and leaning towards Elation E Spot Led so far.

Got the lights March 25th. Love them, the 3/5 prism effect are a wow factor on the dance floor and the walls. Read my review under intell lighting. Overall I don't miss Accu Spot 250 II's @ 21 lbs, even a old dj like myself can handle them.

Hey Jerry, I too just picked up a pair of these babies and I love them as well. Do you have you're hanging from a truss or are they floor/stand mounted? Are you running them in sound activation mode or DMX?

I put them on a T-bar upside down and love them. I am using compu ware software to control them. Am new @ compu ware so I use a lot of the software pre programmed patterns and just change color and gobos alot. I love the 3&5 prism gobos, they look super on the dance floor and on the walls and ceiling. Love the 21 pounds also. Also using one Revo 3

Glad you like the vizi spots Jerry. you know i was cleaning out my work email and i found emails from you from over a year ago. You have been using compu live for at least a year. How do you think you have progressed with the software now compared to when you first started?

Every time out I get more confused. I'm just doing very simple things. Make a switch with a color and pattern, then make another.

Interesting to read this as i have never heard of compu ware.

I too have just purchased a pair of these amazing lights and also love the prism effects.

I have tried the DMX software from another lighting vendor and am just about to download a copy of My DMX and Compu Ware to see what there like.

download compu show and My DMX. Compu Live is old but still works but Compu show is much MUCH better than both of those.
