Uv von canon

Hi! I have a uv Canon and I am stuck on fa01 and fa02. I am trying to set the dmx and i press the mode button as the manuel say i should. But it just goes to fa01 and 02.
What am I doing wrong? Also have so i set the adress?
Please help!

Hi, is it possible the display is being read upside down?
Try hitting Enter and see if the display changes?
