Not exactly sure what you mean. These numbers are mode settings:
eg xxx1 in manual I have se up as - 0011
xxx4 as 2554
xxx5 as 0005 etc.

so with the last number being 4 that will be the manual dimmer for the light and the numbers before it will be the intensity. Since the intensity is set to 255 that would normally be max output. If there is no light output then it is possible it may be the LED is not working unfortunately.
