Trouble mapping certain keys on APC 40 MK 2

Hi, we are trying to see if we have one of these specific boards in our office so we can try to reproduce this issue. In the meantime, can you show us a short video of the exact process you are doing so we can try to replicate and see if wecome up with anything to help you.

Hi, from someone in the office who has one of the APC boards, "There should be a shift button on the controller. They might need to try either double clicking the shift button or hold the shift button before clicking the button they are using for the midi trigger."

So hitting the shift button didnt work i did make a video of both issues to maybe help explain

From one of our techs who has an APC board:
"Hello,

It seems the customer is cycling through the tracks so to speak since these controllers are mainly used for making music in sequences.

If this is what is going on, He would need to “Solo” the track since what the controller’s doing is cycling through 2 blank track sequences.

Not sure about this specific controller but the track activator button also seems to still be cycling through, kind of like what “A|B” is supposed to do.

Hopefully by pressing solo that would solve the issue.

As far as mapping the white beat/sequence buttons I’m not entirely sure why they don’t show up on the menu.
There could be a driver update for the controller itself which could possibly help us."

I believe i found a solution, the Apc40 has 3 profile modes, you need it to launch with generic profile. You need to use BOME translator. Not sure if this is allowed but this forum goes into more detail: https://forum.daslight.com/viewtopic.php?t=8751
