Transfer Full MyDMX3 Lifetime license Replacement RMA interface

How does one go about transferring a Full lifetime MyDMX3 license from a 4 month old bricked interface to a new interface that I received via RMA replacement? I have it registered already but it is showing the express license and my old unit is still listed as registered and showing the full license, even though I no longer have it. There is an unregister option, but it doesn't really say what it will do with the licenses.

hi, if you log into your store.dmxsoft account in the my interfaces, you maybe able to transfer licenses, if not, then start a support ticket with the store as they handle all of that, We at ADJ do not.
