Hi, if it is an ARM based processor, it will not run any of the MyDMX programs as they are not ARM compatible.
It's been running normal up until this last week. It's an Intel.
This all started when I updated to the latest Software. I can't go backwards because the old versions are not available on the site anymore.
Can you update the OS on the tablet? I don't think we support windows 8 anymore, as neither does Microsoft as of Jan 10th, 2023.
What release date of MyDMX 3 are you using exactly?
I believe... I was using a Nov 2021 release..
Our computer & tables have single uses, So they are rarely updated since they only have 1 sole purpose.. LOL!!
Nov. 2021 is not the latest for either 2.1 software or 3.0, go to the product pages and grab the latest.
That's what caused this mess, I updated to the latest software..... I need an older version.
If you updated the firmware, you may not be able to go much further back.
There's always a factory reset on the MYDMX3. I can access both of my MYDMX3's via my backup Tablet. But I need the old ADJ Software for the main Tablet to run.. The Firmware was updated months ago and still worked, It's just the software causing the issue.

Nov 05 2021 was a direct hit! Latest firmware on the controller as well.
