Software struggle with the interface

I install the software MyDMX 3.0.

I use the interface myDMX 2.0.

In the hardware manager I see my interface and I can control the connected Devices.

But in the “Options” in the tab “Devices” I can’t see or activate my Interface.

What am I doing wrong?
