Hi, can you provide more details like what computer and OS version you are using, as well as the version date of the mydmx 3.0 software?
Hi, use the latest OCT 2022 release: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3uqs...93dj/mydmx3.exe?dl=0
I will download immediately and try it. I will let you know as soon as possible.

I have updated the software whit october version but the problem persists. While I'm using it, it crashes and I get the error message
Please send a new screenshot of the crash on the oct release.
I add that I also use a midi keyboard, apc mini 40.
Regarding the sister software daslight, i have read on other forums that the crash problem can be attributed to the large amount of data that the midi keyboard sends to the software. Is it possible?
This could very well be a possibility. Try loading up the program without the APC plugged in?
Finally I can say, after months of crashes and live gigs that didn't go well, I finally solved my problem and I want to describe it here so that it helps someone else who has the same problem as me. I noticed that the mydmx 3.0 application has the same icon as dashlight 4 and searching the net I found other users who experience the same problem as me with this software which is nothing more than the brother of My DMX 3.0.
Using dashlight 4 as a keyword in my searches I finally found a post that made me realize where I was wrong.

The mistake you shouldn't make when programming a Midi unit external to the software is to leave the feedback function enabled on the keyboard as regards the faders. Thank you for helping me and providing me with the latest software
Thank you for your feedback, sorry for the issues.
Yes Daslight 4 is MyDMX 3.0, ADJ is the distributor of the software in the USA under the MyDMX 3.0 product. Our hardware interface is our own design and we provide support for our hardware, and try to provide support for the software and profiles as well.
