Does anyone actually use a Torque screwdriver when putting screws back in after replacing bulbs/gobos or does everyone just kinda do things up tight?

Hello,

when replacing or servicing parts a drill gun is fine to use. Any tool will be fine as long as there is no over tightening as that can strip the screw in the future if you would need to change the part out again.
