Profile Panel RGB Memory

Hi Gang...After buying two profile panel rgb's and hooking them up in line via dmx with a chauvet controller, one unit will remember its mode state after power down, and one will not.

How can I make the profile panel rgb remember the last mode state and keep it?!

The profile panel should keep its memory. If it does not then there might be something wrong with it. Please contact me at 800-322-6337 so that I can trouble shoot this issue with you. My hours are 8am to 4:30pm pacific standard time. Thanks!
