Hi,

As a beginner with dmx lighting etc im very happy with my mydmx 2.0. Only problem i have is with the easy remote app.

I can see the dongle i connect to it. All working.

I can add buttons and link them to mydmx in Windows.

Only problem is that i cant save it on my phone.

I can save it but i cant open the file if i restart the app.

Anyone who can help me?

I have the app on a Oneplus 9 pro.

You should be using MyDXM 2.1 and can you take a screen recoding video of the issue on your phone?

Oh my bad. I recorded on phone then wanted to sent it to pc. So I used whatsapp for that. Did t bother to rename vid. But I did now for you

Have you or can you try it on a different device? like a different phone or tablet and see if you can reproduce the same file issue?
