Pro-400 CD Player...ISSUE!

I have two Pro-400 cd players. One of them will read burned cd's with no issue, but the other does not want to read burned cd's at all. These units are less than acouple years old and are in top condition.

I burn a lot of music of Itunes & Rhapsody and now the unit is useless.

Anyone have this problem with burned cd's not reading?

have you tried a cleaning kit? Every CD laser gets dirty after awhile. I suggest try cleaning it if you haven't yet, and if you have then you should call the office for Support.
