UV Cannon COB-obtaining out of stock replacement parts

So I'm stuck with my UV COB cannon. The SMPS power card that's blown is no longer in stock here in Europe. I've been trawling the world looking for something that can replace it without luck. Anybody have a tip or clue that might help?
