No Wifi

I have been using the myDMX go for several years with no issues. However, I was setting up my lights today for a show I'll be doing soon, and the wifi light on the interface won't light up. I tried upgrading the firmware in hardware manager, but when I click on the wifi tab it gives me an error code (XHL 17) and says the peripheral is wrong. Anyone else have this issue, and can it be fixed??
