Hi. I have a couple of questions. I have a Mystic LED that I've had for about a year and a half...great effect I've only used it 2-3 times. Yesterday, I noticed a couple of things:
1) the power plug in the back seemed to be coming off.(it seemed to have been pulled out when I unplugged the cord the last time) and the glue that's supposed to keep it in is showing. it now partially comes off every time I unplug it.
2) I did not place it near speakers but on opposite end of the dance floor, and put the sensitivity knob all the way up. I placed it next to 2 ADJ revo 2 lights (these do not have audio sensitivity adjustment knobs) The Mystic turned off every few minutes for 30 seconds to a couple of minutes, but the revo 2's stayed on all night. This doesn't seem normal on an otherwise new light, does it? I looked at the green LED indicators, and it just said "Auto." If needed, how do I get this serviced, as it doesn't seem like this light should be doing this. Thanks
