MyDMX run only in DEMO mode

I cant seem to launch mydmx in live mode. It is only in Demo mode.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling latest June 2011 version.

I tried rebooting, unplugging, replugging, etc. Still only demo mode.
I tried 2 different usb cable.
I'm on MS Windows vista 32 bits. Any advice for troubleshooting?

Is the dongle plugged in prior to booting the software? Plug your dongle into USB, wait a few seconds. I usually take this time to get power set up. THen launch MyDMX, once MyDMX is up make sure it is in Live Mode. Then plug in your DMX Cable.

Re install the program and make sure that the drivers correctly install.
