I'm trying to set up the myDMX-RM using mydmx3.0 for a client and I'm not able to have the device be recognised by the software. I've tried opening it just in hardware manager and just in the software, but whilst it appears on hardware manager, I'm consistently getting error codes for it (XHL-17, XHL-NAP65 as some) and I'm not sure why the system isn't recognising it. According to HM its on the most recent firmware update.

Well you should only run one or the other, never HWM and the 3.0 software at the same time as the USB driver cannot be shared across more than one program at a time.
What is the firmware version number exactly and is this being used on a Windows or Mac computer?

So it was on a mac, firmware version was the most recent updated so not sure what this would be as since this I ended up installing on a windows computer and it worked first time with no issues. Is there something wrong with the mac version at all? When i try open mydmx3.0 it converts it to Daslight4 and then crashes so I'm not sure if there's anything wrong there.

I didn't manage to get a specific fix for it, but I found that when moving across to a windows pc the issue wasn't present. I can only assume its something to do with the mac version of the software or a port issue with the macs not having in built usb ports to connect to
