MyDMX GO - an issue with the "prism" function and with presets when switching.

Hello, me and a few DJ colleagues are having 2 issues with the MyDMX GO app on iPad. The device was purchased (as new) last Friday - 17.02.2023. I am using IPad mini 2 (iOS version 12.5.5.) & 4 Showtec Phantom 50W MK1 (if the device type matters).

When switching to Live modmoving headse between presets, "prism" does not immediately load, even though it was programmed to run in the preset. You need to turn off and then turn on the prism on preset for it to start working.
When selecting any preset, the program does not work properly after the first selection (specifically, the fixture movement is incorrect), but only starts working correctly after selecting the same preset for the second time. As I mentioned, several DJ friends are experiencing the same issues with different lighting setups and mobile devices (we all have iPads on iOS). An enormous request is to release a new version of the program that will fix these issues - can we count on it
