MyDMX GO is inconsistent with my lights

Hi, can you tell me what channel mode and address you are using the mega HEX Pars in? We have an amazon fire tablet we can try to replicate this one. Let me know thanks! 

The Mega Hex pars are in 11-channel mode. I tried adding another light (Chauvet FXPar3) onto the end of my DMX chain and it seems like only the last light in the DMX chain works consistently.

The DMX address' I am using are 1, 12, 23, 34
The Chauvet FXPar3 is running in 9 channel mode.

Hi, ya we can't test the chauvet gear, but we can maybe try the ADJ. 

Are you using DMX cables? 

Yes I am using DMX cables.

Hi, can you check the fixtures tab in the app and check what the shutter channels are set to under each Mega Hex Par?

The shutter is set to 47 on all three lights.

Try setting the shutter to 255, if that does not allow the lights to light up try having only two of the lights plugged in and try to swap the cables around to see if they respond more consistently.

One other thing i would add to Erik's comments is; Try putting BOTH or all of the mega hex pars into the same DMX channel mode and also the same address, they should all do the same thing once they are all set to the same address, its a good test to see if its hardware (the lights) or software. 

Thank you @ErikG . Setting the shutter to 255 does get the lights working. The issue that I've found with that is the STROBE button does not work anymore.

Hi...just bought compushow sde. Loaded the beta software from Elation site on my laptop windows 10.
Software installed but won't open. Is there a comparability issue or I'm I doing something wrong?
Also looking for ssl2 files for adj focus spot 3 z, adj 12p Hex Led, Chauvet FX par 9 led lights.

The Elation site is very old. Try going to https://www.adj.com/compu-cue and downloading the most recent software and let us know if you have any issues.
