I see a June myDMX exe on the ADJ site... how do I do a software update? What if I am back an update or 2, do I have to do back updates first? Will I loose my scene's and programing if I do an update?

All the profiles should stay the same. but keep a back up copy of the profiles you use and the my dmx show file (.Dlm) in a folder on your desktop. Other than that....happy upgrading. You may want to uninstall and then install the new June release.

If I do a clean install with the June exe.... is there a password or lisence from my originalsoftware that I need to enter?

You never needed a password or anything before, why would you need one now? Software updates for the my dmx interface are free for life. 
Well... The June exe was a free download... and if I uninstall my current myDMX... how will the June one know that I had actually purchased the product?
The same way your old install knew.....the USB drivers that install with the program that let you output dmx data through the my dmx hardware. With my dmx you pay for the hardware. The only limitation you have with my dmx is if you don't have the USB to dmx interface you cannot control actual dmx fixtures through a dmx line. Make sense?
