Recently purchased my DMX 2.0 device and downloaded a DJs, my DMX software most recent version on a 2013 Mac Catalina OS been having a struggle with the set up software for updates SUL THAT WILL NOT OPEN FOR SOME REASON WHILE TRYING TO REGISTER THE DEVICE NOT SURE HOW TO GET A PREVIOUS 2014 VERSION OF THE SUL software to get it working, but no solution if anyone can help the be phenomenal. Contacted ADJs support but so far I’ve not received a response.

Hi, did you download the MyDMX 2.1 software or 3.0? what is the exact Mac Os version number? it should be 10.10 or above, and soon i think it will need to be 10.12 and above for mydmx 3.0

Are you unable to register the device? If the keycode prompts are working in the mydmx 3 software itself, you can just try to register is directly at store.dmxsoft.com and use the same key code from the card in the box. Just be sure when you try to use the SUT tool from the website, that you do not have the mydmx 3 program running at all, the USB drivers can't be split be tween two programs trying to keep a connection.
Yea unable to testosterone the device since SUT won’t open. I will try to do single application runs & see if that works.
Also i didn’t receive a code inside the box that matched the numbers according to the characters I’ll look again & maybe that will help to resolve the key code issue i figured it involves the SUT program to receive the code
