Bitfocus Companion is an workflow app (Commonly connected to Elgato Stream Deck).

BitFocus Companian is a great piece of software that is easily found for free on the internet. I use it for many video production and livestream events. I am anot aware of a direct plugin from Companion to My DMX 3.0 but there may be a Midi-relay that would work.
From the myDMX 3.0 Companion Connection #1038 github - "I think your best bet for this is to use the MIDI-Relay plugin because the only ways (that I can see and are documented) to interface with the myDMX 3.0 is either via MIDI or the GPIO pins".
