Ok I downloaded the august version and the 3d visualizer is still crashing. I just want to say that I have had this software for 2 years and its been nothing but problem after problem. You finally come out with the 3d visualizer and now its just another problem. I'm really starting to lose all confidence with American DJ. The whole reason I ever bought the software to begin with was for the visualizer and after I buy it I learn that there was no visualizer yet. So her we are 2 years later and we finally have the visualizer and now it doesnt work. I hate to sound like a whiner but my god this is really getting old. I know there is more software out there but I chose adj because I had confidence in your products but now i'm not so sure anymore!!!!

muzikman, please understand the 3D software you are using is in BETA stage, it's not always going to work for everyone and on every machine. We are aware of bugs and are working on them daily. Let me see if there is a most recent beta, but you can help us by letting us know some details about your system so we can maybe help pin point the issue and fix it ASAP.
what OS are you on? what version?
did you do a clean uninstall and re-install of the Beta just to be sure? Confirm your openGL version is 3.1 or higher? Prrhaps there's a problem in 3.1 that we need to look at.

James I already disclosed my operating system in the first thread. i'm using a 2 year old I-MAC quad cor processor with 4 gig of ram and I'm running the latest Yosimite OS. I do realize that i'm running a Beta version and I think it pretty sad that it has taken this long to even get a beta version. I realize that all new software has bugs but this software has been very dissapointing to say the least. I hate to say this but i think im just going to go and invest in a different software, I've been playing around with this entirely too long. i keep thinking ok its going to get better but it hasnt in two and a half years. I guess you get what you pay for!!!!
