Midi triggering not working on Mydmx3

I have tried so many ways to make my nanokey2 to work with Mydmx3.0, when I applied the learning part, and I press a key on the nano, mydmx3 responds assigning a Channel, but after saving and applying to the show, midi does not do anything.

I reinstall mydmx3 software, I set back to factory settings the nano key2 so I can configure from zero and nothing.

If someone has a similar issue and solved it please share.

By the way I have the for life license for my hardware and its has been synchronize from the dmxsfot.com website.
