Midi mapping - losing memory

Hello there!

I might need some help as my MyDMX3.0 (on latest firmware) looses it's memory on midi commands.

If I put a gobo or color on a midi button, the software always forgets this assignment when started again. New scenes are memorized well. Also non-fixture-assignments like BPM or master fader are memorized. It's only the fixture-based commands...

Is that a bug?

Hi Reemt,

I have only recently started using a Midi controller with the My DMX 3.0. I have found weird behavior when the controller is disconnected during a running show file and the system saves at close. I have also seen weird behavior if the Midi controller is not plugged in prior to starting the My DMX 3.0 software.

In some cases, I have been able to close the software and restart to fix issues. I have also had to rec connect in settings the controller. Most of these issues have since stopped occurring as I try to be more mindful of having the control connected and keeping the controller connecting while the software is running.

Doubt this helps just wanted to chime in anyway - best wishes. Let us know if you find the root of your issue.
