Messenger Light for Custom Phrases

i wish it did 2 things:

1-SOLID COLORS,
that rainbow letter effect is quite corny

2-Mixed between Random patterns AND Messages in sound active and/or DMX

for the HYPER MESSENGER, make it do more and make it 1/2 the size, perhaps the size of the Quad Phase

i like that name, HYPER MESSENGER

1) if your thinking TRI LEd's, that probably won't happen as doing a dot matrix LED array with a lens to enlarge the output of the dot would not be coherent at all.

2) Sure why not.

Reason for the size of the Messenger is probably due to the fact that the lens had to be a certain distance away from the LED board in order to achieve legible text.
but nice idea. The closest thing i can see to this is the Flash panels and the Madrix NEO. but that can be expensive as you most likely need about 8 or 9 to get a good size of text readable. You saw my flash panel videos yes?

flash panels would be crazy expensive, and a hassle to set up along with all other lights etc

i think HYPER MESSENGER would sell well,
there's gotta be ways to get solid colors projected, if not TRI LED, something...

and gotta be a way to cut down size dramatically , with better or different lenses

like the Mega Bar with scrolling messages, and patterns of course too

I know it sounds crazy but you're probably better off using a 42" or 46" Flat Screen TV on a rolling stand... it would cost a lot less than the Flash Panels and you would be able to project ANYTHING on it!... Although I do like the "Message Bar" idea!

the Messenger Bar, with the patterns of Mega Bar

or just add "messenger" capabilities to the existing Mega Bar,

@ Tommy, Have you used the Madrix software at all? You can project pretty much ANYTHING!
mega bar is too small it would need to be much larger in order to be at a decent font size for all to read. Think more like Profile panel.

Super bright Panel to scroll text and have tons of patterns and be able to do either or both simultaneously

And they can call it the

HYPER PANEL

I have been thinking about a Messenger and looked fro reviews... not many out there and generally more bad than good... in any case, as well as size (which does make a difference) and being able to sellect specific colors... I would like to tie/link phrases together... and have a one shot function where you could use it as an efect light, then hit a button andhave a predetermined message go out the one time (mabey it does this)...

I also have a general comment... most of the lighting video's show lights in action... but most of the times it is hard to tell what you are looking at... how big the pattern/cover area is that you are viewing and how far the light needsto be from the surface to make that pattern...
