Mega HEX Par - Sensitivity always at level 8

Hi, just joined the forum.

Is it possible setup the sensitivity allways at level 8 ?

I bought a pair of Mega HEX Pars for the live show of my Band and everything works fine, but when I set the ADJ UC IR Remote Control to SOUND ON the sensitivity level always goes back to 4, but at this level the lights doesn't reacting to sound mode.

I have the same exact issue. Every time I use the IR remote to go back to Sound Mode the sensitivity returns to 4 which is too for my volume. Any tips? Get a DMX controller I guess?
