MBT LED 7 channel Mushroom

My DMX2.0 flickers MBT 7 channel LED Mushroom on channels 1 (red) and 2 (green). Other controllers I have work fine. Even if I have just 1 channel in a profile that is manual. The 1st channel is RED and when activated it will not stay fully illuminated and when you run the value to 255 the green LED (which is the second DMX channel in the fixture) flickers. Even if the DMX2.0 is directly connected, and is the only fixture connected, does not resolve the problem. Any ideas?
