LaunchPad MKII and MyDMX3.0

I have successfully connected my LaunchPad MKII to the software and assigned Master scenes to the button. However, I cannot get the button to light up.

I was previously using the Akai Midi and the lights worked fine. I cleared all the Midi signals and started from scratch but I cant get Lights on the Launchpad.

Is there some "extra" software required with MyDMX3.0 to make this work?
