I really wish American Audio would offer a slot drive system for the DCD Pro 1000. Even if they could creat one to purchase separately that would be great. It would be worth the extra money. Someone pleeezz suggest this to the "BIG WIGS" :-)

Great idea!!

Check out the Velocity MP3 (shipping this month). It has many of the same features as the DCD-PRO1000, but adds heavy duty slot drives, MP3 with song title readouts, advance track search and advanced track launch, sensitivty adjustment for the scratch wheel, heavier wheel and programmable features like sleep timer, etc etc. Also software updatable via CD.

All for only a little more money. Check it out
