Used to use 4 moving light beam230 witch I could use perfectly with my dmx operator 384. Just had to set the fixtures up to 1 for the fixture 1, 33 for the fixture 2 and so on. But now with other led moving heads I got it's not working at all. In fact it's 11 channels fixtures and when I set the second one to the channel 12 it's not going to the fixture button 2 but still on the button 1 but to control the second fixture I have to use the channels 12-22, witch is very weird. Can you help me with this please?

Hi, the math is simple for this one, fixture button 1, gives you access to channels 1-32 of the total available channels the controller has in it, to access channel 11, you need to be on fixture 1, and bank 2, channel fader 3.
Make sense?
Yeah sure thanks. I kinda figured out by watching a video of someone using it and giving explanations. Before that I was so confused loll thanks again 😜

Hermanox, your advice is not relevant to the product we are discussing here. It is a hardware DMX controller, it has no termina or IP address.
