Having troubles so now how do I do a factory reset?

I had my bridge set up and running ok but now after a few months it is not connecting to the app.

I don’t know if I can do a factory reset or not.

Does anyone know how to do this?

You shouldn't need to reset. All settings can be done using one of the setup apps. If you can't connect, use one of the USB apps. Either Windows or Mac.

what USB apps. I bought mine second handed as well the previous owner changed the SSID and I can't log in.
