hardware manager and mydmx GO

trying to get hardware manager to see myDMX go unit. Are there drivers I must download for PC?

Had the same issue. Went to https://www.lightrider.com/ (Downloads -> /hardware Manager -> Windows Drivers for LR512) and downloaded and installed the drivers. Then connected the device via USB and the hardware manager found the device.
