Fog mashine HELP mydmx go

Hello,

My fog mashine don’t work properly with mydmx go i downloaded the profile i have set the dmx adresse to 17 in the app and in the fog mashine but soon as I plug the dmx cable in the mashine start foging without any intervention from me (look solutions viper 2.6) any help ?
