Focus Spot 4z brightness problem

We’ve been using the 4z’s for just over 2 years without any problem, but suddenly one of them is only working at a very low level.

the colours, gobos, movements etc are all working fine, but the brightness is less than 10% of it’s paired fixture.

is it possible to fix or replace the LED within, or does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello, I've recently had the same issues! One just stays about 20% brightness and another one is okay for a while then a temperature error appears! Any ideas? Thank you in advance. Sam
