Hi, so that brand is actually banned from the official library from our developers, so we cannot add anymore of those branded fixtures to the built in library.
If you have a manual for the fixture, you can email it to me and I can add it to your Cloud account and then show you how to bring it from the cloud to your app.

Polleke007 - I had the same issue with my 100W LED Spot from SHEHDS. And honestly, Wolfmix made is so much easier to create fixtures directly on the unit as oppose to creating on their cloud.
I highly suggest just creating a fixture profile on the wolfmix directly and it is more precise and efficient.
Quite useful advice because I also encountered the same situation. I will pay attention to that. geometry dash scratch
