Factory settings

Have you tried deleting all scenes?
Deleting All Scenes - 1) Enter program mode (See Enabling Program Mode).
2) Use the Bank Up/Down button to choose any one of the Banks
3) Press any one of scene buttons to set to scene 0.
4) Press the Delete button for about 15 seconds. The display will show “Delete all banks? Press Delete to confirm. Press add to cancel”.
|5) When you press the Delete button again, the LCD will display ”Banks Deleted”. You have now deleted all the scenes. If the LCD displays ”Deleted fail”, it means the scenes delete failed.

Hi .....thanks for the reply ......ive only just bought it to be honest .....ex display apparently......there are no scenes or fixtures set up on the unit anyway .....no matter what i press .......i cant get all the lights to go off so i can program

Have you tried using a different power supply? Maybe a different power source?

Hey mate .......good point .....never thought about that ......i have now managed to get a light to work on the first 4 sliders .........but the whole of the desk is still illuminated....as in the pucture.......????

I am glad yo hear that you got a fixture working, however, if the LEDs on the controller continue to stay on, there might be a problem with the controller, which means that it will need to be serviced.
