I keep getting the error you see in the attached file anytime i try to get into add fixtures form the app to the console. Anyone have nay advice?

Does it do that for any fixture you try to add or just a specific one? also it will throw errors if the console is locked or sometimes is in WLINK mode. Make sure those settings are not on/active.
It throws the error as I enter the Fixture tab. Then shows just manufacture names, no files. i have tried unistalling and reinstalling the wtools.
Try disabling your firewall?

Hi, try going to the Settings in WTOOLS and use "Reset WTOOLS", that should clear out the cache and hopefully fix the issue. Let us know either way, thanks!
