Does anyone know why two interfaces appear on My Dmx Go at the same time
Error 36 appears on the screen
Control is lost in the program
Full Android and My Dmx Go installation does not help

Hi, do you have two mydmx GO interfaces plugged in an the same time?
The error code 36, i believe is related to needing a firmware update, which you can do on a Mac or windows computer, which one do you have access too?

No Two My Dmx Go
That's why it's interesting
I have registered at store.dmxsoft.com but there is no update available
+128 channels can be updated for € 25
There is link base for updating
My computer has Windows 10
