do you have a turntable near by connected to the mixer?

What mixer is it?

Any type of microphones hooked up to the unit?

The Guitar Mixer is already pre Amped, and so is your mixer so depending on what volume level you are with your mixer and Speaker together will control the feedback you are getting.

Note: it's never really wise to hook up Pre Amped Equipment ( or anything pre amped ) to Pre Amped Speakers. Unless you know how to control your volume, and stablize what your doing, and what your using it for.

Are you trying to hook up an EFX that your Pre Amped Guitar Speaker has, and your trying to hook that up to your Pre Amped Mixer, so that you can use it? If thats the case why don't you just get yourself a Mixer with Effects on it... Like the QFX 19???
yeah....i think he's trying to use the guitar amp as an effects processor..... having the signal go from the effect out of the djmixer to the guitar amp(head) inputs and back out to the mixer..... if thats right.... then, how are u hookin things up??... and is the giutar still hooked up when u do this??... i know the guitar will give u some kind of feedback if its hooked up...
ok...i am using a powered mixer...i want the effect for two guitars, but the amp only has one input...and its the only place that i can find that effect...the mixer has a small selection of effects but nothing great enough to do what the amp has...i think that the problem is in the effects send which is a +4db output...but i will play around a little more with it...thanks
