easy remote

hello very frustrated here just updated from mydmx buddy to mydmx 2 so can use easy remote although have tried new install update etc my dmx wont show the easr remote command in setting up a scene or live can you please help

Which release date are you using and on Mac or Windows? The more details you can provide us, the better. Stuff like window 7 or 8.1. Also using an ipad Air with iOS 8.2 etc. Thanks!

As I had also trouble with getting easy remote working: Make sure your firewall on you windows device is open for MyDMX 2.0 software. Note that it's listed in the firewall exceptions list under something like "computer lighing ...".
