Dj Spot 250 sound not working

My dj spot 250 sound active has stopped working. It worked about a couple months ago, the last time it worked I did a outside show and it started to act up and not work right. So I now just got around to finally look at it. I have taken everything apart and everything looks fine. If I hook it up DMX is goes thru all of it's motions so maybe the board is not broken, but when I do the sound it just sits there no light, everything is getting power I just think it might be the mic and it could have gone bad. What do you think?

One of mine had done this I just turned the sound knob to off and then slowly turned it up until I hit a spot that my sound feature started to work on and then never moved it once it registered sound not a permenant fix but worked for now
