DCD-pro1000 cd loading problems

Hello all,
I've owned the DCD-pro1000 for a few months now and love the players. I have not yet used them outside of my home because I want to get familar with them first. A few weeks ago I noticed that I was having some problems getting one of my decks to recognize disks. It was spotty at first so I wrote it off as a dirty disk or just a fluke. A couple of weeks later (This past weekend) I can't get my left deck to read any disks at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem. Any ideas of what I can do?

Your best bet is to call supoort at 800 322 6337. They will get you fixed up and taken care of
