I've purchased the MyDMX GO but I'm having trouble creating an account for Light Cloud. Every time I try to create an account an error message appears.
What can I do?

Hello,
Are you creating the Light Cloud account from the MyDMX Go app or the Profiler app? What is the error message that is popping up?
I've tried both. MyDMX GO: an error has occurred, try again later. Profiler: a network error has occurred. Verify your internet connection...
I've tested everything and my internet connection works fine.
When you try to create an account are you connected to the MYDMX Go or to a wifi connection with internet access?
I'm connected to a wifi with internet.
