good evening, every now and then my mydmx 3.0 crashed very frequently. then I changed the computer with a lenovo windows 11 home 22H2, processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with radeon graphics 1.80 GHz, 8 GB ram. The situation seems to have improved every now and then but with much less frequency. I require assistance or advice to avoid this big problem (I work there)Replies sorted oldest to newest

sorry for the strange text and translation, yes i need assistance because the crashes are decreases but it still happens, less frequently but still, this creates a lot of problems for me and the lighting operator who works in the club.
the previous computer was always win, older than the current one. do you think it's better to try using a mac? I have a Mac Book Pro M1 available but with little free memory, but reading the forum I understand that mydmx runs better on Windows.

ok, try that release and if you can get it to consistently crash or recreate the crash, please record a video of it or describe it to us and we will see if we can fix it. We are due to a 2023, but it will be more like 2024 software release in the near future.
