Hi,
Following a computer crash my 2.1 dlm file will not open. I get a error that says the file is corrupted or I do not have file read/write permissions on it. The file will open in 3.0. Is there a way I can use 3.0 to convert the file into a format that 2.1 can read?

Hi, there is no way to save a .DVC as a .DLM. But if you email the bad file to us we can have the developers try to fix it. in most cases they can but with a little data loss in the file, but it's better than nothing. email me the file or if it is a huge file over 150MB then link me to it from a file sharing site.

We would also like to know what version of MyDMX 2.1 you were using and on Windows or Mac and OS version info as well.
